It was the beginning of september 2005 and the new - three star HOTEL MATYŠÁK - welcomed its first guests. It is easily accessible coming from Germany as well as the Czech Republic, the main railway-station and the historical old city center are within walking distance. The newly built hotel on Prague Street 15 (Pražská ulica) looms five floors above a historical wine cellar from the year 1904, featuring a contemporary brickwork vaulted ceiling which is extraordinary and unique in Slovakia.
